Shipping & delivery
We ship within Australia only for this run, with Australia Post. Standard is $9.95 and takes 3 to 7 business days, and it is free on orders over $65. Express is $16.95 and takes 1 to 3 business days, and it is free on orders over $100 — so both bundles arrive on express at no charge. Orders leave Melbourne within one business day, weekends and public holidays aside, and the rate you pick is the rate you see at checkout with the delivery window beside it.
Care & cleaning
Hand wash with warm water and a soft cloth. No dishwasher, no abrasive pads, no bleach. The lid seal pulls out so you can rinse underneath it.
Track your order
Your order confirmation arrives by email as soon as you check out. When the parcel is lodged with Australia Post we add its tracking number to your order, which sends you a second email with the link — so the tracking you get is the carrier’s own, not ours. If that email has not arrived within two business days of ordering, reply to your confirmation and we will look it up.

FAQ
Does it fit under a group head? Yes. Is it dishwasher safe? No. Will sold-out colours return? Only if the next run is funded — we will not promise a date we cannot hold.
Stockists
The first run is sold here and nowhere else. There are no retail stockists yet, and there will not be any until a run is large enough to supply one. If there is a shop near you that should carry it, tell us at hello@designedbymacha.com.
